Good afternoon. I am a APS supervisor who has growing concerns over the safety and well being of my staff while visiting clients in their home. Although Erie is a small town in comparsion, we are seeing an increase of violence towards our older adults and a blantant lack of respect to those of us trying to protect the very clients we serve. I will continue to look for training available to help us continue our task of protecting older adults of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
